We are selling our timeshare in a 4-bedroom Golf Villa at Diamante. We have been members for years and have upgraded several times from a condo in the tower, to the Dunes Club and now a Golf Villa. Our agreement includes 50 weeks with 49 remaining. Each week includes up to 10 rounds of golf at no additional cost. This is not a scam. What’s Included

• 50 Years, 50 weeks: Fixed weeks in Golf Villa GV09 (week 16) and Golf Villa GV10 (week 18). The maintenance fee for each week is $3,400 (7 nights, check-in and out Saturday to Saturday)

• Golf: 10 rounds of golf included on the El Cardonal course or The Dunes course (per annual week).

• Golf Villa: 4 bedrooms, 1 media room, 4.5 baths, private infinity pool, hot tub, personal golf cart to get around the resort. Total area of 7,266 square feet including 3,970.76 air-conditioned square feet.

• Golf to spa conversion: Option to convert each of the 10 included golf rounds into an $80.00 USD Spa Certificate (per annual week).

• Exchange affiliations: Affiliation agreement where you can exchange your annual week at Diamante with a property in 3rdHome’s portfolio of properties.

• Credit for full purchase price on upgrade or transfer: Option to upgrade or transfer 100% of the Purchase Price paid (excluding Taxes, Interest and Closing Costs) into any other product available at Diamante including real estate should you want to buy a full-time residence.

• Acceleration of future use-weeks: Option to accelerate weeks of usage to more than one week per year. Accelerated reservations are based on availability.
